The detention and deportation of 4 law-abiding citizens under schedule 7 of the terrorism act when no offence or intent to commit an offence pertaining to this law because they had spoken out against radical islam, means that medieval blasphemy laws are being de facto used to afford special protection to Islam in the UK.

Pickle, its a start. You can look it up online and see what judges are supposed to take into account when sentencing.
The problem is that the judiciary is becoming highly politicised and is bent on joining in the kowtowing to Islam.
I can't be bothered to argue this as a brief look online will provide clear evidence that Islam is receiving special protection in the UK and many other countries in Europe. Even some Muslims are starting to discuss this.
There was some small piece in the press in the last couple of weeks calling for the judiciary to pass more lenient sentences on people of ethnic or religious (vulnerable) communities to try to redress the disproportionate number of their communities conviction rates.
Note they do not try to address the crime rates in these communities, just the sentencing of them.
No longer will all men be treated equal in the eyes of the law. A clear breach of magna carta and they don't care.

I’m interested in reality and if I’ve got something wrong I’m happy to take it on board.
So if judges do take hate crime as a mitigating factor in sentencing I’m only too happy that is the case.

I haven't read any of this other than a few news reports, mainly as it makes me angry.
One thing I did do was read that the department looking into it were scared to write reports and include the race of those responsible incase the race card was played.
We have turned into a generation of fucking snow flakes.
Firstly name and shame all of the people associated with looking into it and didn't do anything. name and shame all of the people above them that told them to hush things up or not accurately report it.
Then bring back some law and order and sort these fucking inbred communities that act above the law and deport the cunts.
If they were born here then send them down for a minimum of 25 years and get these cunts off the streets.
Sorry but right now this country needs a few babies thrown out with the bath water. Cut down the length of time and get these things in court within a month and remand them until the case then put in a minimum of 25 years. The cunt who is due out soon should be sent back down for another 20 years.
We have to cut out these fucking communities that act in these 3rd world ways and think it is acceptable.
Why have we allowed this country to have such large no go areas and why are we scared of going in there and sorting it?
All because they say we are victimising a certain race?

Pickle, I suggest you look up the sentencing guidelines. They are easy to find.
All hate crimes (including racism) are considered as mitigating factors when sentencing.
As far as their NI contributions go, quite right. Cancel their pensions and refund them all of the NI contributions that were ring-fenced for their pensions.

All except 5 (for perfectly obvious reasons) are being carried out though no professional judge is going to refer to a non-legal term like "racism" when sentencing. Also 3 is highly contestable as regards the pension as said employees had been paying their NI and have access to the defence that they were under duress.
On a general basis, anger and similar emotions are not the friends of due judicial process especially it comes to precedence and legitimacy of public enquiry.

1. Prosecute the culprits with racism thrown in as a mitigation when sentencing. Put all convicted on the sex offender's register for life.
2. When questioning ALL of the suspects, detain and deport any who do not have the right to be here, whether convicted of sexual offences or not.
3. Any police, social services or council staff who knew about this and failed to act should be dismissed immediately without pension and charged with malfeasance in public office.
4.Hold a public inquiry into how this went unchecked for so many decades.
5 Suspend ALL immigration from countries such as Pakistan and Afghanistan until such time as it can be proven that these people serve no threat to our communities.
